 Domestic Shipping Guide (within the USA) | All packages will be shipped through a reliable shipping company that we choose and will include a tracking number which will be sent to your email address on file.
Package pickup is generally not available, and a handling fee will be charged depending on the product. A handling fee may also be charged to ship on the customer account.
Normal Shipping Hours and Processing Times:
Depending on availability, orders processed by 4:00 p.m. EST (GMT -5), Monday through Friday (except holidays) will ship within 24 hours (contingent upon availability).

 International Shipping Guide |
We only ship to the following areas outside of the U.S.:  Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and China.
International orders must be called or emailed in, and you must get a finalized shipping quote along with your product quote.  Please allow for extra time for the payment to be verified and cleared before shipment.
Canadian Customers: If a product is to be delivered via a courier service (ie. UPS, Fedex, etc.) there will be import duties charged to you by the Canadian government if the package is valued at over $20 Canadian dollars.
We currently ship most products using USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  Some of the larger products (ie. Floor scales) are shipped using various trucking lines depending on where the product is going. We can ship on your company account, but a small handling fee may still be assessed. All packages shipped domestically will include a tracking number for your convenience.
